Yes. The inspection and the written roof health report cost you nothing and carry no obligation to hire us.
Our Inspection Coordinator reaches out as soon as your request comes in, and you have your roof health report within 24 hours of the inspection.
It helps, but it isn't required for the exterior portion. If you'd like the attic and ventilation checked, someone will need to let us inside.
Hail and wind damage is usually invisible from the driveway. Catching bruised shingles or a failed pipe boot early is far cheaper than repairing a ceiling.
If the inspection turns up storm damage, we document it with photos so you have what you need when you speak with your carrier.
